Born in the Netherlands, raised in Switzerland, Austria and Belgium, living and working in Germany since many years. Loves music, books, wine and a good cigar.

Jozua has many years of experience in managing businesses for major companies and brands, held executive marketing and sales positions at companies such as Bertelsmann, Sony Music, Ticket Master and Kabel Deutschland. As an independent consultant he worked for Antargaz Belgium, PST, Vattenfal and Time-Life.
Today Jozua runs a center for innovation and culture in Ludwigshafen "Freischwimmer GmbH" located in a former public indoor swimming pool from 1956. He is also the managing director of the Förderverein Kultur im Fresichwimmer Ludwigshafen e.V. (a registered association).
